You know when you just click with some people? Like the second you meet them you know that your vibes mesh so well with theirs. That is exactly how we left our first meeting with Megan and Ben. We just knew we would love sharing this time in their lives with them and we knew we would have so much fun along the way.
Megan and Ben wanted a beautiful outdoor ceremony and reception and that is exactly what they got. With the scare of the pandemic and weddings all around them being down sized and rescheduled, we know that this process wasn’t always easy for them. They had to face a few tough decisions but chose to have faith in the day and continue to plan to be married on the day they originally chose, and we could not be happier that they did.
They tied the knot at the gorgeous Millennium park under a little bit of overcast skies and a nice warm breeze with their closest families and friends watching. We will never forget the moment Megan, her father, and her stepfather linked arms and all three made their way down the aisle towards an ear-to-ear grinning Ben. The moment will be one that we truly never forget.
The reception featured a live band, Founders beer, two amazing food trucks and an ice cream cart!!! It was so unique and so much fun to be able to experience a reception that was just a little less traditional. 10/10 recommend.
All in all, the wedding could not have been prettier and more perfect for the two of them. We will forever remember this day and all the love and laughter that we witnessed throughout.
